Rabbath’s Cannon has a weight of 15.0 and requires the following stats to wield:
The weapon comes equipped with Ash of War: Kick. This Ash of War does exactly what you’d expect: it lets you kick your foes away. Because Rabbath’s Cannon is so big and cumbersome to wield, this gives you a way to keep enemies from closing the gap too much, causing them to stumble away so you can blast them.
Rabbath’s Cannon can be upgraded to +10 with Somber Smithing Stones.

Where to find Rabbath’s Cannon
You can find Rabbath’s Cannon in Rabbath’s Rise, which is located in Scadu Altus. However, getting to the cannon requires that you solve a minor puzzle within this tower first.
When you arrive at Rabbath’s Rise, you may notice a closed off Spiritspring outside. This is because you need to find and break the stones that allows the gust to flow freely. And you guessed it—they’re somewhere inside Rabbath’s Rise.
Enter the tower and follow the staircase up into a circular library room. Directly ahead of you are two archways on the wall. This is an illusory wall that disappears when you attack it. Do so, then hit the stones behind it to unlock the gust of the Spiritspring outside.
Hop on Torrent and ride the Spiritspring up, then land on the staircase spiraling around the upper part of Rabbath’s Rise. Ascend these stairs to the top of the tower to find Rabbath’s Cannon in a treasure chest.
